Past Southern Region Venturing President Francesca Scanio recognized in a letter to the councils of the Southern Region the importance of a Teen Leaders Council or Venturing Officer Association to the success of Venturing. Francesca offered the assistance of Southern Region Venturing to every council wishing to start a TLC or VOA. That assistance is still available today. Contact the Southern Region Venturing President or Vice President to learn more.

A project has been established to develop training for Teen Leaders Councils and Venturing Officer Associations. The goal of this training is to provide TLC/VOA members with the tools they need to be successful. To learn more about this on-going project, contact the Southern Region Vice President.
